Consent to Marketing Communications

When you submit any of the contact forms on hondakolin.cz (contact, test drive, service, financing, or trade-in form), you consent by that active action to receive email or SMS updates from STYX CAR spol. s r.o. (Honda Kolín) about news, promotions, new models and services.

This consent covers only marketing communications about Honda Kolín's own products and services (cars, motorcycles, service, accessories, financing) and similar fields. Content is tailored to your interests based on the information you provided.

For sending marketing communications we use Ecomail.cz (Ecomail s.r.o., Company ID 02762943, Prague, Czech Republic) as a data processor.

How to Unsubscribe

You may withdraw your consent free of charge at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email, or by writing to prodejna@hondakolin.cz. Unsubscribing has no effect on how we handle your original inquiry.

Your data will be processed for marketing purposes for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless you withdraw consent earlier.

Processing is based on § 7 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
